Role Description

Bickert Management Inc. (BMI) is seeking an intelligent, resourceful, and highly coachable IT Intern who wants to develop practical skills in business systems, software customization, workflow automation, and technical problem-solving.

This is not an internship built around passive observation or academic exercises. The intern will learn in context through:

• Structured onboarding
• Guided study
• Shadowing
• Light assignments

The objective is to help a high-potential person develop into a well-rounded BMI technician.
