Role Description

Connected Logistics is seeking an Information Technology SME (OIG) to support DLA's Information Operations J62FG. This program is responsible for the application development and sustainment of several identity-related programs in Legacy AMPS. J62FG is also responsible for supporting applications that are migrating from Legacy AMPS to DOW E-ICAM.

The Information Technology SME (OIG) designs, develops, and manages the implementation of the risk assessment and business contingency planning framework, methodology and tools to ensure business continuity of operations across a large, multi-division, decentralized organization.

• Integrates Identity Governance components including LDAPs, Databases, Operating Systems, Network devices, Application servers (e.g. WebLogic, IIS), IDPs, SOAs, web-based and API-driven programming languages (e.g. JAVA and .NET).
• Deploys new applications that utilize Internet standards for wide access from diverse client types.
• Designs, develops, and manages implementation of risk assessment and business contingency planning framework.
• Supports multilanguage, multi-platform, and multi-operating system operations.
• Recommends new or emerging technology or software to satisfy functional requirements and processes.
• Provides highly technical and/or specialized guidance concerning automation solutions to complex information processing problems.
• Provides customer support using enterprise solutions software to integrate business areas.
• Analyzes data processing requirements to plan Identity Governance systems.
• Plans layout and installation of new systems or modification of existing systems.
• Sets up and controls analog or hybrid computer systems to solve scientific and engineering problems.
• Develops applications that leverage Identity Governance based protocols and platforms.

Qualifications

• Possess excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
• Possess experience working with DoD/DLA.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Possess at least ten (10) years of expert systems engineering experience in Oracle Identity and Access management and/or Oracle Identity Governance.
• Possess experience in DoD or Federal Oracle as an Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Service Oriented Architecture based platform 12c or higher.
• Possess experience supporting web-based applications in DoD Impact level 5 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hosting environment.
• Possess knowledge in Oracle Middleware products, network, Operating Systems including Linux and Windows, and Java programming.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
