[Hiring] IAM Cyber Engineer @Leidos

Role Description

Leidos’ Identity Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a junior IAM Cyber Engineer to support IAM team security initiatives. This role is responsible for:

• Drafting and updating IAM process documentation
• Managing Authority to Operate (ATO) for IAM systems
• Working tickets and customer requests
• Supporting IAM engineering peers and operational teams

The junior IAM Cyber Engineer will work to solve routine technical problems following established procedures and policies and assist in developing solutions and processes using basic principles, theories, and concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline; additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts in the Identity and Access management domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including:
  • SAML
  • Kerberos
  • NTLM
  • OIDC
  • OAuth
• Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies, including:
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • One-Time Password (OTP)
  • Biometrics
  • Other authentication factors
• 2+ years of experience with Identity Governance Administration platforms and process implementation
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, and/or SANS certifications
