Role Description

The Cybersecurity Practice Lead - OT & SCADA will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Establish and mature cybersecurity governance programs across multiple business units.
• Design and implement risk management frameworks, conduct enterprise risk assessments.
• Drive compliance with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, and NERC CIP.
• Establish cloud governance programs for Azure and AWS; implement DLP, IAM, and security monitoring.
• Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets, vendors, and consulting partners.
• Develop executive-level reporting and business cases for security investments.

Requirements

• NERC CIP experience (preferred)
• Industry background: Utilities, Energy & Power, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Critical Infrastructure, Industrial Manufacturing, Government/Public Sector (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
