[Hiring] Cybersecurity Engineer @Fujifilm

Role Description

This position, Cybersecurity Engineer, supports the refinement of information security program and requirements, ensuring that the requirements are integrated into information technology components of the software and information systems through purposeful security architecting, design, development, and configuration or methods and practices.

• Research, analysis, and implementation of the security technology used as the Fujifilm Americas region standards.
• Designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems that protect and safeguard Fujifilm’s IT network and systems.
• Analysis, investigation, remediation of information security incidents.
• Proactive mitigation of security risks.
• Collaborate with Fujifilm Holdings Corporate IT and Information Communication Technology company (FICT) on the alignment of security information practices, policies, procedures, and security solutions with Fujifilm’s global strategies.
• Support and champion a cultivating culture of security awareness, assisting and leading the development of information security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5 - 8 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Familiarity with network security, encryption protocols, and cloud security platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is highly desirable.
• Advanced security qualifications such as CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certifications.

Requirements

• Understanding of the management, configuration, and administration of Cisco routers, switches, and firewall architecture.
• Firepower IDS/IPS software.
• Splunk SIEM software.
• Anti-Virus Technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or OSCP.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools.
• Experience securing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Background in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
