Role Description

As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies with thorough experience in working on enterprise infrastructure architecture using Microsoft Azure (IAAS, PAAS).

• Mentor and coach other engineers in a team environment on cloud technologies.
• Work closely with management to provide technical expertise for migrating to a cloud environment.
• Ensure solutions fit into an enterprise context and meet the requirements of all stakeholders (functional & non-functional).
• Manage project constraints.
• Participate in a solution architecture community of practice, partnering with other engineers within multiple disciplines to establish standards and guidance.
• Collaborate on enterprise technology roadmaps, ensuring they align with business plans and strategy.
• Identify creative and innovative solutions to business problems.
• Focus on improving organizational effectiveness and reducing TCO (total cost of ownership) when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of IT Industry experience.
• Team player who can work across departments to manage the overall migration of on-prem systems to the Azure environment.
• Expertise in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to work across multiple functions to define a new direction or significant advancement.

Requirements

• Fully Remote Position.
• Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2.
