Role Description

The Application Administrator plays a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s enterprise-level software applications. This position ensures that business processes are accurately backed by disciplined configuration management, responsive user provisioning, and diligent troubleshooting. Beyond routine technical execution, the role actively assists with system testing, monitors application health, and collaborates closely with senior staff, internal teams, and external partners to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems.

• Resolve daily user issues and document test results.
• Build system knowledge and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Blend hands-on application support with problem-solving and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in applications administration, including specific experience with the type of system being administered.
• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; AND 3+ years' experience in applications administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; AND 1+ years' experience in applications administration.

Requirements

• Credit for experience is based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a pro rate basis.
• Overtime does not count toward additional credit.
