About the Fellowship:

• Launch your career in healthcare technology with our immersive 18-month post-graduate program focused on Information Technology (IT).
• This fellowship is meticulously designed to cultivate future leaders in healthcare technology by providing broad exposure and hands-on experience.
• Through structured rotational learning, you'll delve into diverse IT functions, including Technology operations, Clinical Data & Applications management, and Cybersecurity.
• You will gain a comprehensive understanding of technology operations, product development lifecycles, and digital innovation strategies within a large healthcare system.
• This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with occasional travel opportunities, with an anticipated start date in July 2027.

This program is your gateway to making a significant impact on patient care and operational excellence through technology.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in one of the following fields:
  • Master of Health Administration (MHA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Public Health (MPH)
  • Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MS MIS)
  • Master of Science in Computer Engineering or Science
  • Master of Science in Information Technology
  • Master of Science in Data Science
  • Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence
  • Master of Science in Health Informatics
  • Master of Science in Cybersecurity
• Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Graduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion.
• Experience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.
• Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master’s Degree between Spring 2024 and Spring 2028.
• Passion: A passion for CommonSpirit Health's mission and a commitment to "humankindness."
• Commitment: Demonstrate interest in supporting the information technology needs of an integrated healthcare delivery system.
