Role Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients.

• Must have comprehensive experience on end-to-end HCM process understanding encompassing the complete Hire to Retire lifecycle, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize every stage effectively.
• Must have hands-on experience on core modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Absence management with a solid working knowledge that enables accurate processing and compliance adherence.
• Should have practical experience on Talent modules, including recruitment, performance management, and development, showing strong awareness and the ability to support talent-related initiatives within the organization.
• Must have experience on any recognized HCM / ERP system such as SuccessFactors (SF), Oracle, PeopleSoft, or equivalent platforms, showcasing the capability to navigate, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise-level human capital management solutions.
