Role Description

We are actively seeking a Workday Business Analyst for one of our clients.

• Workday BA with great documentation skills (7+ years of experience) and good experience in Advanced Comp Module.
• Hands-on configuration experience of Workday Core HR, Benefits & Absences modules.
• Functional knowledge of Workday Security, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Compensation modules.
• Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields.
• Experience with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite - Benefits, Absences, Compensation, Payroll, Security, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst.
• Strong documentation skills.

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration experience with Workday modules.
• Functional knowledge of various Workday systems.
• Ability to create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Workday technologies.
