Role Description

The Workday Benefits Consultant leads the design, configuration, and support of Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring accurate plan setup, eligibility rules, and seamless integration with payroll and external vendors.

• Lead or support Workday Benefits implementations, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollments, and event processing.
• Partner with clients to optimize benefits administration processes and compliance.
• Integrate Workday Benefits with Payroll, vendors, and third-party systems.
• Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and support open enrollment cycles.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Support ongoing enhancements and Workday releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing Workday Benefits.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Workday configuration and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Requirements

• Workday Benefits Certification (mandatory).
