Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for direct hire positions across non-IT roles in the US market. This is a remote position, and the candidate will work from home in India.

• Source, screen, and identify candidates for direct hire positions.
• Work on non-IT requirements across various industries.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for future job openings.
• Ensure proper documentation of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience recruiting for US-based positions, with a focus on direct hire roles and non-IT requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates for non-IT direct hire positions in the US.
• Familiarity with various US job boards and recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a working laptop with necessary tools for virtual recruitment.
• Willingness to work US hours (night shifts) from India.
