Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity, preferably within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deliver client system training
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, anticipate potential issues, and develop proactive solutions
• Strong attention to detail when managing and interpreting data to minimize errors
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage change effectively
• Strong understanding of various processes and methodologies, with the ability to discuss them knowledgeably and apply techniques that add value to a team or enterprise
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• Technical understanding of infrastructure components, dependencies, and interactions among servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, and web applications
• Ability to multitask and support multiple implementations simultaneously
• Ability to participate proactively in customer engagements, follow directions, collaborate with customers, and contribute to technical planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
• Knowledge of HRP/PrismHR, a plus
• Experience with SaaShr WFR, a plus
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of UKG/Kronos time and labor management software, with the ability to understand and configure complex PTO accruals, a plus

Requirements

• Solution Evaluation, Implementation & Configuration
• Assist with and lead the evaluation, implementation, and configuration of solutions to deliver products to requestors
• Provide systems analysis, business requirements, detailed process mapping, solution design, and project management
• Gather compliant data requirements and configure, test, train, and troubleshoot time and labor management solutions
• Provide post-project completion support
• Testing & Application Support
• Lead internal and client-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to validate product implementations and obtain sign-off
• Provide daily support and troubleshoot user and application issues
• Collaborate with IT staff and internal customers on product reviews, tests, and pilots
• Provide consulting support for process and system issues
• Requirements & Solution Analysis
• Gather and organize information related to problems and procedures
• Elicit, document, and analyze requirements and functional specifications for client implementations and cross-functional projects
• Analyze data and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
• Leverage business and functional knowledge to design solutions that address client needs
• Application Design & Implementation
• Lead or assist with the design, implementation, and modification of vendor-provided or custom applications
• Demonstrate completed product functionality to stakeholders
• Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of newly implemented systems and procedures
• Client Training & Stakeholder Management
• Train end users and create supporting training materials
• Work within a matrix environment across multiple clients and project phases, including startup, configuration, and production
• Manage client and stakeholder communication through phone, email, and in-person channels
• Foster and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and business partners
• Project Management & Reporting
• Maintain all project tasks through the production ticket system on an ongoing basis
• Keep management informed of project status, risks, and issues
