Role Description

Elite365 is hiring for a Therapy Recruiting role. The Therapy Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing therapy clinicians including Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), and therapy assistants into travel assignments with healthcare clients.

  • Partner closely with Account Managers to align clinician supply with client demand.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for clinicians throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach through placement and assignment completion.
  • Success is measured through clinician placements, Travelers on Assignment (TOA), Net Weeks Booked, retention, and consistent development of a strong clinician pipeline.

Core Responsibilities

  • Clinician Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and recruit qualified therapy clinicians using job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and outbound outreach strategies.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Job Matching and Submissions: Partner with Account Managers to align clinician candidates with open job orders.
  • Interview and Placement Coordination: Coordinate interviews between clinicians and healthcare facilities.
  • Traveler Engagement and Retention: Maintain consistent communication with clinicians throughout assignments.
  • Collaboration with Account Management: Work closely with Account Managers to prioritize open job orders.
  • Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of therapy clinicians.
  • Recruiting Activity Management: Track recruiting activity including outreach, submissions, interviews, and placements within the ATS.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clinician relationships and recruiting pipelines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on placements and production.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Salesforce, Target Recruit, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting therapy clinicians including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA.
  • Familiarity with travel healthcare staffing models.
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding processes.
  • Experience supporting clinicians through travel assignments.

Performance Indicators

  • Clinician placements.
  • Travelers on Assignment (TOA) within recruiter clinician portfolio.
  • Net Weeks Booked generated from clinician placements.
  • Submission-to-placement conversion rate.
  • Clinician retention and repeat assignments.
  • Candidate pipeline growth and recruiting activity levels.

  • First 90 Days: Establish consistent placement activity and maintain an engaged pipeline of therapy clinicians.
