[Hiring] Technical Recruiter @Unframe

Role Description

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Unframe and help us scale our team as we continue building our enterprise AI platform.

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Own hiring for R&D and product roles for the US market.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks and have an active pipeline of candidates regardless of active openings.
• Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer.
• Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process.
• Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows and work with the talent team to bring in best practices.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in recruiting at high-growth tech startups.
• Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly.
• Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Mataview, Linkedin Recruiter).
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple processes and roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.
