Role Description

You'll be given a portfolio of live roles and the tools to work them. Your main responsibilities are:

• Reviewing and launching outreach campaigns to candidates
• Managing replies
• Running initial screening calls to qualify candidates against the brief

We handle the client relationship, you focus on finding and assessing the right people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable running screening calls independently
• Self-motivated and organised enough to manage your own pipeline
• Genuine interest in the tech startup space
