Role Description

Reporting to the CSO, we are hiring a Team Lead, Talent Operations to help ensure the systems, tools, and operational processes that support our business run smoothly and continue to evolve as we grow. As our new Team Lead, Talent Operations, you will sit at the centre of our operations, supporting the internal infrastructure that enables our team to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.

• Oversee operational workflows, coordinate our technology stack and security practices.
• Support the systems and tools that power our delivery teams.
• Implement process improvements and support the rollout and/or optimization of new tools.
• Ensure operational initiatives move forward across the business.
