[Hiring] Talent Sourcing Specialist @Cummins

Role Description

Coordinates with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide intermediate level support services across talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Always On Support:
  • Supports management of the life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.
• Integrated Solutions:
  • Support the offer management process to facilitate the initiation and completion of background and reference checks which may include supporting electronic consents and communicate results to the appropriate parties.
  • Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and ensures that recruitment teams operate in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Process Execution:
  • May contribute to continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements.
  • Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, making travel arrangements, preparing candidate information packets, creating interview agendas, etc.
  • Support the expenses process to enable payment as it relates to the interview process and candidate travel, etc. for external candidates.
  • Offer administration support that enables the creation and formatting of job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Outstanding fresh graduates, or candidates with up to two years of post-graduation experience who demonstrate strong learning agility and growth potential, are encouraged to apply. 本科及以上学历，欢迎优秀应届毕业生或毕业 2 年内、具备良好学习能力与发展潜力的候选人。

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Quick to learn and apply recruitment technologies and AI-related tools, with the ability to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms.  熟练使用 Microsoft Office 等办公软件，能够快速学习并应用招聘技术及 AI 相关工具，适应多系统并行的工作模式。

Requirements

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Requires some work experience required or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on the job experience, ideally within the Talent Acquisition field.
