The Talent Sourcer serves as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition and operational leaders by proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and clinical talent for critical and hard-to-fill positions. This role focuses on pipeline development, candidate rediscovery, traveler reduction initiatives, and high-touch candidate engagement to support long-term workforce planning and staffing success across Lifepoint Health facilities.

Through research, relationship-building, market intelligence, and data-driven sourcing strategies, the Talent Sourcer helps connect exceptional healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales or related field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare recruitment or sourcing experience, including direct experience recruiting and/or sourcing Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Experience recruiting or sourcing Registered Nurses (RNs) within acute care hospital environments.
• Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with proven follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with recruiters and hiring leaders.
