[Hiring] Talent Source Intern @United Tech

Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Source Intern to join our Source Up program — for those who have already taken sourcing courses and are ready to move from theory to real candidate search. Source Up is a month of paid, hands-on practice with real United Tech vacancies, not a training simulation or "for-portfolio" tasks. You will join the work of our Talent Acquisition team, try yourself in the sourcer role, and gain the kind of experience that is usually missing right after courses. A personal buddy will be by your side to help you dive into the processes, share feedback, and support you at every stage. And the strongest performers will get the chance to continue this journey as part of the United Tech Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will:

• Join the Talent Acquisition team and work on real United Tech vacancies
• Search for and identify relevant candidates using modern sourcing tools and approaches
• Build and test search hypotheses, work with Boolean search and various sourcing channels
• Run initial candidate communication and keep candidates engaged with the company's opportunities
• Analyze the effectiveness of your search approaches and improve them based on feedback
• Work closely with your personal buddy, apply their recommendations, and grow fast in the role

Qualifications

• You’ve completed sourcing courses
• You have a solid understanding of candidate search tools and approaches
• You feel confident in theory and are ready to put it into practice
• You’re ready to work on vacancies where results matter
• You’re open to honest feedback and eager to grow quickly
• You see your future in Talent Acquisition and are open to continuing your journey with United Tech
• Your English level is B1 or higher
• You can commit to a full month of hands-on practice

Requirements

• Hands-on sourcing or recruiting experience, even a small one (would be a plus)
• Experience with IT vacancies or in a product company (would be a plus)

Hiring Process

• Application form submission by July 31
• Intro call with the Head of Recruiting and a potential buddy from the Talent Acquisition team
• Test task
• Internship invitation (start on August 9)
• The number of spots is limited, as every participant receives personal support from the team.
