Role Description

• Assist with jobs in Lever
• Take meeting notes during team calls
• Responsible for onboarding of contractor workers
• Maintain site spreadsheets for tracking purposes
• Manage contractor worker conversions
• Maintain accurate and current applicant database
• Other duties as assigned

The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of admin support experience
• Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies a plus
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe forms
• Proven track record for reliability
• Professional personal presentation
• Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good work habits under pressure
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
• High energy level

Requirements

• Decision Making and Judgment: Ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations while providing a profitable revenue stream for E2 Optics.
• Must be able to learn and support new and quickly-changing technologies
• Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires:

• Sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling
• Frequently required to stand and walk
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required
• Work in tight and confined spaces
