[Hiring] Talent Development Generalist @Doncasters

Role Description

Do you enjoy helping people develop, coordinating talent processes and turning people data into meaningful insights? Are you an organised and detail-orientated individual with the ability to manage competing priorities? We’re looking for a Talent Development Generalist to join our global HR team, working remotely within the UK.

You’ll support our talent and succession reviews, oversee UK apprenticeships, coordinate learning and development activities, and maintain the data and communications that underpin these activities. This role focuses on developing our people and strengthening our internal talent pipeline.

Working hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:30, Friday 8:30 – 14:10.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, learning and development, or apprenticeship programme management.
• Relevant transferable skills for those looking to move into talent development.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating programmes or processes.
• Managing stakeholder relationships.
• Working accurately with data to produce useful insights.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Confidence using Excel to organise, analyse and interpret data.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Discretion when handling confidential employee and talent information.
