[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist @National Search Group

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment requirements for National Search Group Inc., including screening processes and candidate recommendations. As a brand ambassador, you must understand, model, and represent our core value proposition while establishing trust-based partnerships with managers and identifying potential "fit" through effective interviewing and testing frameworks. This role is vital for ensuring a high-performance culture and a positive, seamless experience for every new hire.

• Utilize data-driven frameworks to identify candidates who align with our standards.
• Drive candidate interest and establish long-term trust necessary to build diverse, high-quality applicant pools.
• Navigate the US recruitment market effectively to maintain high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
• Proven ability to communicate and effectively "sell" an organization's value proposition.
• Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.

Requirements

• Must be available during normal USA Business Hours.
• Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9 am – 6 pm & Fridays 9 am-1 pm EST.
• Fast interview with power backups.
• Noise-canceling headset.
• NO background noise (major requirement).

Benefits

• Base Pay: $800.00 – $1500.00 / Month + Commission (estimated commission ranges between $400.00 – $1,500.00 or more).
• Work from Home - Venezuela.
