Role Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles across EMEA and AMER/LATAM regions.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Enhance our employer brand and position RE Partners as an employer of choice.
• Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Exceptional professional English language proficiency both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions.
• Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies to different regional contexts.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications (bonus points).
• Experience with innovative sourcing techniques or AI-driven recruitment tools (bonus points).
• Knowledge of multiple languages prevalent in EMEA or LATAM regions (bonus points).
