[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Sourcer @Five Below

Role Description

This is a remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

• Partner with Corporate Recruiters to source and identify qualified candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, Phenom and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate research and build targeted talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Review resumes and assist recruiters with initial candidate identification and outreach.
• Support candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruiting process.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within recruiting systems.
• Assist with recruiting reports, trackers and pipeline updates.
• Provide additional recruiting and administrative support to the Corporate TA team as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS and/or recruiting CRM preferred.
• Ability to research, identify and engage potential candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and leaders at all levels.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly for candidate outreach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, responsive and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting environment.
