[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Researcher @Creatio

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and results-driven Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team at Creatio. This role is a great fit for someone who is excited about modern sourcing approaches, actively uses AI tools in their day-to-day work, and wants to build expertise across international markets. The primary focus will be sourcing candidates across the Americas, particularly the US and LATAM, for a broad range of tech and non-tech roles. The role is based in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across different seniority levels, from junior specialists to senior and leadership roles.
• Support hiring across a variety of tech and non-tech functions, depending on business needs.
• Build talent pipelines primarily across the US, LATAM, and other markets in the Americas.
• Develop and continuously improve sourcing strategies for challenging and niche roles.
• Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other sourcing/research tools to improve candidate research, market mapping, personalization, and sourcing efficiency.
• Experiment with new AI-powered approaches and bring ideas on how to make sourcing faster, smarter, and more scalable.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through highly personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to understand candidate availability, competitor landscapes, and hiring trends.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs, target profiles, and sourcing priorities.
• Review and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, English level, and overall fit.
• Effectively use sourcing channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, Boolean/X-Ray search, databases, and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience; experience with international markets is a strong advantage.
• Experience sourcing tech and/or non-tech roles.
• Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools in sourcing, recruiting, research, or everyday workflows.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, and automation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, as the role involves daily interaction with international candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant talent across different markets and industries.
• Confidence using LinkedIn and other professional networks for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Ability to write personalized and engaging outreach messages.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and motivation to continuously improve.
