[Hiring] Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist @Runware

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to join our People team. The primary focus of this role is Talent Acquisition. You’ll own recruitment across the company, with a particular emphasis on helping us identify, attract and hire exceptional talent in Romania. This is a highly hands-on role.

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on hiring and building local talent pipelines.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through local platforms, communities, referrals and other relevant channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, shape interview processes and advise on the talent market, candidate availability and compensation expectations.
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial outreach and interviews through offers and closing, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and recruit internationally when needed.
• Track recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring quality, speed and conversion.
• Own and improve key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation and HR administration.
• Maintain accurate People records and systems, and coordinate with EOR and external employment partners where required.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day People topics and contribute to performance, development, compensation and benefits initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in TA/Recruitment, ideally combined with exposure to People Operations or generalist HR.
• Strong knowledge of the Romanian talent market, including sourcing channels, candidate expectations and hiring practices.
• A proven track record of proactively sourcing and successfully hiring talent in Romania.
• Proven experience managing volume hiring while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and closing.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Currently based in Romania.
