Role Description

The Applied Recruiting team partners closely with leaders across the business to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. We are committed to delivering a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience while helping the company build the teams needed to achieve its strategic goals.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Product) to lead hiring efforts across our Product organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product leadership to develop talent strategies, identify exceptional Product talent, and drive a best-in-class hiring process. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights, implementing scalable recruiting processes, and helping build high-performing Product teams that support the company's long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor, developing a deep understanding of business objectives, organizational goals, and hiring priorities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Product roles, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract top Product talent across functions and levels.
• Advise hiring managers and leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting strategies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives focused on engaging passive, high-caliber Product candidates.
• Use recruiting metrics to provide insights on pipeline health, hiring effectiveness, and other key performance indicators.
• Drive recruiting process improvements and implementation efforts that increase efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Mentor and support recruiting teammates by sharing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Leadership, Total Rewards, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting across Product functions.
• Proven track record of building strong partnerships with Product leaders.
• Experience driving recruiting process implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a proven ability to build talent pipelines.
• Experience supporting workforce planning discussions and aligning recruiting strategies with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-quality experience.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience mentoring teammates and contributing to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology companies.
• Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics tools.
