Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic business partner who fosters an environment of trust and confidence with operations while providing an exceptional experience to the organization applicants and candidates.

  • Evaluate open position requisitions and post positions internally and externally.
  • Develop market and job-specific recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals, including:
    • Cold calling
    • Direct mail
    • Local and national advertising
    • Employee referral campaigns
    • University conferences
    • Career fairs
    • Open houses
    • The internet
    • Networking
  • Be responsible for adapting, reacting, projecting, planning, and implementing various sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring.
  • Develop proactive research and sourcing strategies to impact the pipeline of a diverse workforce.
  • Initiate requisitions and conduct partner strategy meetings with hiring managers for specialized roles.
  • Lead the successful management, prioritization, and closing of searches.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
  • Make and influence decisions based on industry-related KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Have a structured work approach and understand complex problems.
  • Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience; health care experience preferred.
  • Executed recruitment strategy to source appropriate candidates through multiple venues, including:
    • Internet
    • Cold calling
    • Trade shows/career fairs
    • Direct mail campaigns
    • Local and national advertising
    • Employee referral promotions
    • University relationships
    • Networking within professional associations and the healthcare industry
    • Utilizing internal resources
  • Ability to develop successful partnerships with operations and hiring authorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
