Role Description

We're looking for a skilled leader to manage both the agency and corporate staffing side of our company, with a strong focus on agency staffing. If you bring extensive leadership experience in agency settings and can deliver results in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

Virtual role, any US location

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the company’s US and Canada corporate and agency/staffing functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving staffing requirements, creative staffing engagement, and targeted staffing recruiting metrics.
• Providing hands-on recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting execution across all levels.
• Leading recruiting operations and building scalable talent strategies across various environments.
• Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and talent needs.
• Developing recruiting strategies that strengthen CompuCom Systems, Inc.’s competitive position in local and area-wide markets.
• Overseeing operational reporting, recruiting platforms, dashboards, process improvement, compliance, and HR policy/procedure standardization.
• Managing vendor-managed services, support, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Manager experience, including agency and corporate staffing.
• 3+ years minimum of Agency/Staffing specific experience with a complement of recruiter and manager role.
• Experience leading North American or global recruiting teams, workforce planning, talent strategy, and recruiting budgets.
• Strong recruiting operations experience across corporate, agency, technology, consulting, financial services, logistics, or similar environments.
• Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms, dashboards, executive reporting, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, process improvement, and compliance support.
• Vendor management or supplier program experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, prioritization, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and employment law knowledge.

Requirements

• The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000 - $125,000 annually.
• Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
