[Hiring] Talent Acquisition & HR Partner @Way Security

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to own our U.S. recruiting, primarily across Sales and Marketing, while serving as a trusted HR partner to our growing U.S. team.

Recruiting will be your primary focus. Alongside building our go-to-market team, you’ll support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, help strengthen our culture, and partner with our HR team in Israel to deliver a consistent employee experience.

• Own full-cycle U.S. recruiting, primarily for Sales and Marketing roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on expectations, and build focused recruiting strategies.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, your professional network, industry communities, and employee and leadership referrals.
• Assess and close go-to-market talent, understanding candidates’ performance, motivations, and fit for an early-stage environment.
• Deliver a personal, well-managed candidate experience, with clear communication, timely feedback, and consistent follow-up.
• Use recruiting tools, AI, and data to improve execution, identify bottlenecks, and keep hiring teams informed.
• Serve as an HR point of contact for U.S. employees and managers, providing guidance on day-to-day people matters and handling sensitive issues with discretion.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee check-ins, development, and offboarding, in partnership with the HR team in Israel.
• Partner with managers on feedback, performance, and team dynamics, helping address challenges and support employee engagement and retention.
• Help adapt and implement HR processes for the U.S. team, maintaining alignment with company practices and coordinating with relevant experts on local requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial experience hiring Sales and Marketing talent in the U.S.
• A proven track record of hiring for B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies, including early-stage or high-growth startups.
• An understanding of enterprise sales and marketing roles, including how to assess sales performance, deal complexity, and experience building pipeline.
• Hands-on HR partnering or generalist experience, supporting employees and advising managers on employee relations, performance, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and the judgment to recognize when special guidance is needed.
• An established U.S. professional network and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, judgment, and discretion, with the confidence to advise managers, challenge assumptions, and handle confidential information.
• The ability to operate independently, balance recruiting priorities with employee needs, and build structure in a fast-moving environment.
• Based on the U.S. East Coast, with availability to collaborate regularly with colleagues in Israel.
• Cybersecurity recruiting experience, particularly within identity security or IAM, and working with Israeli startups is a strong advantage.
