We are seeking an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Porch Group Talent Acquisition team in India. Our team serves as the tier-one resource for creating amazing internal and external hiring experiences across our global offices. As our first-ever Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in India, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the TA team, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule global remote interviews.
• Driving process improvements and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Being a brand ambassador for Porch Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of professional relevant work experience equivalent).
• 2+ years of professional working experience in a fast-paced professional environment juggling multiple tasks, ideally within Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources fields.
• Highly organized, able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.
• Previous hands-on experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting (or similar enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems) is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Proven experience working with US based business teams.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language.

Requirements

• This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
