[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Coordinator @Smile Brands

Role Description

Smile Brands is a dominant player in the dental space and we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team primarily serving our West Region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by coordinating various aspects of the hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate onboarding experience.

The successful hire will ensure that all onboarding tasks are accurate and completed in a timely manner. S/he will partner closely with their TA team members, HR, credentialing, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding process and provide regular updates.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (PST)

• Ensures all new hire tasks are sent in a timely fashion and completed with both accuracy and compliance within the necessary timeline for a new hire’s start date.
• Proactively follows up with new hires and our background check vendor, as needed, to mitigate the risk of delays.
• Partners closely with TA team members, HR, credentialing, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding process and provides regular updates.
• Builds an extensive knowledge of all onboarding processes, policies, and requirements by function and US State.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a human resources role with onboarding responsibilities.
• A passion for providing a superior new hire experience.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing priorities.
• Proven success managing start dates and tasks for a continually growing list of new hires, ensuring completion of a variety of tasks related to the role, timely start dates and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.

Requirements

• Experience with dental or healthcare onboarding (preferred).
• Experience using iCIMS (preferred).

Compensation

$25-$32/hr.
