[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead @Veeam Software

Role Description

Help build the experience behind great hiring. As a Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead, you'll manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while helping deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers around the world. You'll play a key role in increasing recruiter productivity, improving stakeholder experiences, and identifying smarter ways to scale support through process improvements, automation, and AI. The impact is real and visible: more efficient hiring, stronger experiences, and a high-performing team that helps the business hire great talent globally.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
• Ensure candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers have a seamless and consistent experience throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee interview scheduling, background check operations, and other coordination activities while ensuring high-quality execution and service levels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and TA Operations to align coordinator support with business priorities and hiring needs.
• Drive recruiter productivity by improving processes, balancing workloads, and reducing administrative burdens across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Leverage data, technology, automation, and AI to improve team efficiency, scale impact, and enhance stakeholder experiences.
• Monitor operational metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, HR/People Operations, or a similar operations-focused role.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding others.
• Strong focus on process improvement and operational optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and drive measurable improvements.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams, regions, and time zones.

Bonus Skills

• Experience building or scaling coordination, operations, or shared services teams.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow technologies to improve efficiency and user experiences.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and background check solutions.
