[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Associate @Alignment Health

Role Description

The Remote Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts at Alignment Health. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding while also providing consultative support to hiring managers throughout the hiring journey.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of entry level, high volume, non-exempt roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and support the conversion of temporary employees to regular status, as well as internal transfers, promotions, and support temporary staffing efforts.
• Assist recruiters with drafting and posting job advertisements.
• Support coordination and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Other duties or projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Required: 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Preferred: Recruiting experience in corporate, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, applicant tracking, closing, offer processes, relationship management.
• Skilled in creative sourcing strategies and tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $58,531.00 - $87,797.00
• Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
