[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Assistant @RWS Group

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will ensure the successful delivery of RWS’s growth strategy and will be a key member of the global talent acquisition team. The consultant will help to support and guide the business by building meaningful, productive relationships to understand and support their hiring needs.

The TA Consultant will be confident in partnering, influencing and building strong business relationships with hiring managers and candidates while being driven to ensure time to hire and quality of hire metrics are met. The TA Consultant will act as an expert in the market while securing talent that aligns with our principles and values. Our global Talent Acquisition team strives to hire the best talent, not only by hiring the best skill set for the role but by bringing in exceptional talent that is diverse and passionate about our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage individual e2e cycle of talent acquisition process, including working with hiring managers to write role job descriptions, recommending hiring strategies, preparation of job adverts, innovative use of numerous channels for the identification and attraction of talent, screening, offer process as well as on-boarding.
• Manage all logistics for arranging and conducting phone screen and face-to-face interviews for the business.
• Develop networking strategies that leverage engagement for future talent.

Qualifications

• A demonstrable background in high-volume, e2e recruitment function within corporate in-house or agency environment.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and levels desired.
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
