Role Description

The Supervisor of Onboarding Operations provides operational leadership and direct supervision to the onboarding team and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution, quality, and performance of onboarding operations across the organization. This role serves as the operational leader for onboarding workflows, ensuring new hires are onboarded efficiently, compliantly, and with a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

• Supervise onboarding coordinators and manage onboarding operations and escalations.
• Balance workload distribution and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
• Maintain strong operational partnerships with internal stakeholders and external hospital partners.
• Partner closely with the Manager, Onboarding & HR Compliance to ensure alignment with departmental priorities and operational strategy.
• Apply sound judgment and critical-thinking skills to identify risks and improve workflows.
• Promote a culture rich in positive employee satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in onboarding operations or related operational leadership roles preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume onboarding operations preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments preferred.
