[Hiring] SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central @Nagarro

Role Description

Implement and support customer projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Analyze customer requirements and develop strategies for the successful implementation and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support all project phases, from initial workshops and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Independently conduct customer workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support presales activities, including system demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Take technical ownership of the Employee Central module and actively contribute to the growth and development of the SuccessFactors practice.
• Manage smaller project streams or sub-projects and collaborate closely with customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, and a current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes.
• Experience leading workshops, advising stakeholders, and taking ownership of Employee Central workstreams.
• Interest in and understanding of AI-driven innovations within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Business fluent German and fluent English.
