[Hiring] Staffing Specialist @Wing Assistant

Role Description

The Staffing Specialist will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team at Wing, responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across various industries to ensure the right match for our clients. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our talent acquisition team to connect top talent with the needs of our clients. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding for candidates across different functions, ensuring a perfect match with job descriptions.
• Manage initial candidate processing by verifying references, experiences, and sending offer letters to ensure the hiring of top-quality applicants.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information regarding candidates, their stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines.
• Identify opportunities to improve staffing processes, talent pipeline management, sourcing methods, and onboarding practices.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders about the progress of recruiting efforts for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing experience is a plus.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Experience sourcing through social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Familiarity with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to use data to validate the success of hiring efforts.
• Proficiency in online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
• Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking skills with strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Tech-savvy with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating big goals into actionable plans.
• Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Interest in technology, analytical work, startup environments, and working collaboratively.
• Experience with software tools including Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or any Applicant Tracking System.
