Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Director to lead and manage our staffing division, CPAProLink. This role is critical to our mission of connecting CPA firms with top-tier accounting talent.

• Leadership and Management: Lead and oversee the staffing division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top accounting professionals, including bookkeepers, staff accountants, and CPAs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and support staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of staffing operations and make data-driven decisions.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics in all staffing activities.
• Budget Management: Manage the staffing division's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the staffing or recruitment industry, preferably in the accounting or finance sector.
• Strong understanding of the accounting profession and the unique staffing needs of CPA firms.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a distributed team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
