Role Description

We are looking for a Staffing Consultant to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to successfully staff IT business opportunities. You'll act as a link between Client Services/Sales and the rest of Talent Acquisition. Daily key responsibilities include:

• Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Review and clean openings, keeping them up to date.
• Handle communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Client-facing experience.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
