Role Description

Responsible for all Workforce related processes in Workday and outside of Workday (e.g. Hire, Job changes, Promotions, Exits) including document generation and maintenance of personal files across the Employee Life Cycle. Range of expertise resulting in different job grades.

• Excellent organizational skills with the initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks.
• Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and other human capital management software.
