[Hiring] Senior Technical Recruiter @Hightouch

Role Description

Hightouch is looking for a foundational recruiting team member who is ready to help build processes, implement programs, and achieve strong results by being resourceful.

• Define hiring needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends.
• Define talent needs, source and prescreen candidates, and partner with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and fluid recruiting process and identify closing strategies for offers.
• Proactively provide candidates with the right information to facilitate their decision-making.
• Innovate recruiting strategies to change the talent industry in a highly competitive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience preferred, but impact and results are prioritized over years of experience.
• Experience partnering with Engineering Leaders and hiring for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership.
• Strong ability to represent Hightouch to candidates in a competitive market.
• Proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through various channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
• Able to juggle multiple roles and use creative strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Thrives in a constantly changing environment and prioritizes ruthlessly.
• Creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure tasks are completed.

Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year, location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
