[Hiring] Senior Talent Acquisition Partner @Applied Systems, Inc.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Sr GTM/Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help hiring managers build effective recruiting strategies and guide candidates through a seamless, positive hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across our Go-to-Market organization, including Sales, as a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding, delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical GTM roles, using market insights to identify and attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring teams to design structured interview processes and facilitate calibration discussions that ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluation.
• Use recruiting metrics and market data to provide insight on pipeline health, hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
• Coach hiring managers and interview teams on recruiting best practices, interview effectiveness, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional teams to support successful hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting Go-to-Market hiring in a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and related GTM functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to monitor progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive hiring experience for candidates and interview teams.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and a willingness to leverage new tools to improve recruiting effectiveness.
