Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our high-performing Recruitment Team and play a key role in identifying, attracting and securing exceptional talent across our business. This is an opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, spotting potential before others see it, and developing talent pipelines that create sustainable business advantage.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing end-to-end recruitment expertise and market insight. You'll:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities and workforce challenges.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, talent mapping and direct sourcing.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experiences from first conversation through to onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insight and recruitment advice to business leaders.
• Support recruitment campaigns across multiple business functions.
• Influence hiring decisions through strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and support other team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute to employer branding, attraction campaigns and referral initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Significant in-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting talent.
• First class candidate assessment and interviewing capability.
• The ability to identify potential beyond what's written on a CV.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Confidence influencing managers and challenging constructively where required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers alike.
