[Hiring] Senior Staffing Specialist @Golden Key Group

Role Description

The Senior Staffing Specialist will provide a full range of federal civilian staffing and placement duties, including:

• Determining assessment methods
• Developing job analyses
• Building vacancy announcements in the USA Staffing system
• Assessing candidate qualifications
• Issuing referral lists
• Other duties as assigned

Note: This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Qualifications

• 7 years Federal Civilian Staffing
• Public Trust Clearance
• USA Staffing system
• Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts
• Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351
• DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification
