This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage to ensure successful and timely hires.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates to build strong and consistent talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for both client and role.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support client decision-making.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience to strengthen employer branding.
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Fluency in English is a MUST (spoken and written).
• Experience using ATS or recruitment tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
