Role Description

As our Senior People Operations Generalist, you will operate as a true business partner: executing with precision, thinking strategically, and elevating everything you touch. You will lead people programs that develop and retain exceptional talent, drive People Operations forward with a consultative mindset, and bring a genuine point of view on how AI can modernize the way we work.

This role reports to the People Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships across the business to understand key priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Engage across functions and levels to bring forward solutions that improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools across the employee lifecycle and partner with the team to evaluate, pilot, and implement impactful solutions.
  • Coordinate with the People Operations Liaison to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support the leave of absence process and fully own the ADA accommodation process for active team members.
  • Maintain business acumen about the company, industry, and competition.
  • Facilitate HR compliance audits in partnership with the Compliance department.
  • Analyze people trends and metrics to assist business leaders in decision-making.
  • Align with the corporate people team to ensure consistent implementation of people processes and initiatives.
  • Work with other People Operations Professionals on integration of business processes/tools in Workday and ADP WorkForce Now.
  • Partner with People Centralized Services on promotions, transfers, and HRIS needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and learning experiences across the organization.

People Programs

  • Own key people programs including New Leader Assimilation, New Manager Onboarding, and the annual TMPulse engagement survey.
  • Lead NextGen programs to attract early talent and drive internal development programs.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and maintain the Leaders as Coaches training series.
  • Execute assigned special projects while continuously seeking opportunities for meaningful transformation.

Temporary Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for Financial Services on a temporary basis.
  • Lead Financial Serviceโ€™s LinkedIn presence and employer brand strategy.
  • Serve as backup for full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Proactive, consultative, and relentlessly curious.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent desired; SHRM or PHR certifications desired.
  • Minimum of 2 โ€“ 4 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner role required.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • HRIS experience required; Workday and ADP WorkForce Now strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical instincts and ability to use data to influence decisions.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Proactive self-starter who manages competing priorities with urgency.
