[Hiring] Senior People Operations Analyst @Blend360

Role Description

We are looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our People function. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and employee-focused people processes across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment. This person will partner closely with employees, managers, HR leadership, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience. It is important to note that this is a temporary 3 month role!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
• Coordinate and continuously improve People processes, policies, and workflows.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation, system access, and communications are completed on time.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding People-related questions, policies, and processes.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other internal teams on employee-related processes and requests.
• Support benefits administration and employee programs as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, organizational changes, and other People programs.
• Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Human Resources, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and improving HR workflows.
• Data-driven mindset and experience working with People metrics and reporting.
• Advanced English level is required.
