As a vital member of the HR team, the People Analytics Analyst will:

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an analytical role, within people analytics or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data querying, analysis, dashboard creation, and visualization techniques.
  • Strong command of tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • A solid grasp of measurement methodologies and statistical and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or SPSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on trends in people analytics.
